Real estate is my profession, but storytelling is at the heart of everything I do.

I’m Mark A. Middleton, the founder of Middleton Tampa Bay, a luxury real estate brand affiliated with Compass and based in Tampa Bay, Florida. I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay region, with a focus on homes with character, history, strong sense of place, and long-term value.

My approach to real estate is rooted in the same principles that guide my photography: attention to detail, honesty, preparation, and respect for context. Whether I’m helping someone buy or sell a home in Florida or connecting clients with trusted real estate professionals across the United States, my goal is to provide thoughtful guidance and a seamless, professional experience from start to finish.

Alongside my real estate work, I travel extensively and document the places I visit through photography and short-form documentary projects. This creative work sharpens how I see the world—and it directly informs how I tell stories, present homes, and communicate value in my real estate practice.
